Daolon transforms Hak Foo into a Dark Chi Warrior and transports him to the Himalayas. Uncle feels the "tingles" and begins a transfer of the talisman's powers from the Bull to another vessel. Daolon enters the spirit realm to fight Uncle, while Hak Foo confronts Jackie. Daolon captures Uncle's essence and discovers that Uncle's transfer spell has worked. Jackie and the gang return to the Ben-Shui temple, where Tohru and Jade are working on a spell to locate the powers of the Bull Talisman. Jackie goes to Daolon’s hideout to retrieve the orb containing Uncle's essence. Just as Jade and Tohru determine that Uncle's body contains the powers of the Bull Talisman, Dark Chi Hak Foo bursts into the temple and takes Uncle. Jackie follows him and confronts D.C. Hak Foo and Daolon. Uncle returns to his body just in time to use the powers of the Bull Talisman to face the villains.
